Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing reputed company escalation and follow-up on reputed company issues. • Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer technologies preferred.
• Previous experience as help desk specialist or in an IT reputed company support role preferred.
