Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting medical records and coding reputed company reviews to validate the reputed company of coded procedures. You will work closely with clinical departments and reputed company Cycle Services wirhin Community Health Partners to ensure compliance with coding guidelines, government, payer and internal charge capture policies. You will reputed company education and training to clinical providers and staff reputed company the practices on reputed company documentation and coding guidelines, practices and procedures.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Experience
- 2 years of reputed company coding experience with comprehensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS modifiers required
Licenses and Certifications
- One of the following is required
