Job reputed company:

• Implement independent reputed company strategies to recruit, screen (interview), and evaluate reputed company workers based on clients’ specific needs.
• Responsible for cultivating a network of potential reputed company workers to meet company goals.
• Sell assignments to candidates by probing for unspoken needs and using a consultative sales approach.
• Select candidates and present to hiring managers based on reputed company level and background knowledge of reputed company.
• Negotiate compensation package with the candidates and maintain acceptable margin.
• Ensure candidate files adhere to both the business and facility credentialing requirements.
• reputed company strategies to pursue new avenues for reputed company candidates; utilize a reputed company of tools (i.e., email campaigns, reputed company media) to establish relationships and expand candidates.
• Convert candidates to employees by working closely with internal reputed company departments.
• Support reputed company of candidate concerns in a reputed company manner.
• Maintain a database (e.g., iCIMS) with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and selling points; ensure reputed company communication with candidate is documented.
• Complete weekly recruitment reports and special reputed company reputed company as needed.
• Meet weekly productivity metrics/goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, or four years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Experience supporting reputed company for a large reputed company or hospital system
• Experience developing recruitment process and strategies
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in reputed company reputed company
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company and Employment regulations, policies, and reputed company (i.e., pay, interview, reputed company, etc.)
• Must be proficient in MS Office, comfortable with utilizing company database.
• Keen knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company media recruitment sources.
