Telehealth BCBA - School-Based Services

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Location: Nampa School District Total Earnings Potential: $91,000 – $96,000 in your first year Includes:

• reputed company salary of $85,000–$90,000
• Up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses (reputed company monthly)

Schedule (reputed company times are listed in Mountain Time (MT) – Boise, ID): M-Th reputed company-4:30pm (School days); F 8:30am-4:30pm (Friday Program run by Accel at one of the schools)

• Accel also hosts a Summer Program at one of the schools reputed company school is out for summer break. This schedule will be M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.
• On days that school is reputed company throughout the school year, Accel may offer to do therapy in the home setting for any of our Friday Program clients.

About the Role reputed company is hiring reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about clinical reputed company and being part of a reputed company, supportive team. What You’ll Do In the school setting:

• Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School District
• Work on IEP goals approved by the district
• Support Behavior Therapists with managing behaviors

In the Friday & Summer Programs:

• Design, implement, and reputed company data-driven treatment plans and behavior reputed company plans
• Monitor reputed company reputed company and reputed company treatment plans based on data
• Prepare accurate reports on reputed company reputed company, behavior assessment reputed company, and reputed company strategies
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical reputed company
• Collaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to support peers and promote clinical consistency

Across Both Settings:

• Supervise, reputed company, and train reputed company of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA

• Maintain 30 billable hours per week

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
• reputed company BCBA certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
• TB test, immunization records, and background reputed company clearance
• CANS certification is preferred
• CPI or MANDT training certification is preferred
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
