[Remote] Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA ($2.5K Sign-On!)

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to reputed company reputed company patient care and assist in therapeutic activities aimed at improving patient reputed company-being.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company physical therapy according to the directions of Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care
• Treat patient to relieve pain, reputed company or restore function, and maintain maximum performance
• reputed company and aid patients in reputed company and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, gait and functional training, transfer activities and prosthetic training
• Utilize physical agents, including, but not be limited to heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound and massage
• Observe and report to the Physical Therapist and organization personnel the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in patient's condition
• Instruct patients in care and use of wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic or orthotic devices

Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree in science or reputed company science approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, Inc
• reputed company Physical Therapy certification or license as required by state law
• reputed company BLS, hands-on CPR certification
• Valid reputed company's license and reliable, insured vehicle
