Remote Audiologist

Position reputed company: ELEHEAR is seeking a licensed Audiologist in Texas to join its fully remote care team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending clinical expertise with technology to deliver a modern, customer-centered hearing care experience. You will support patients remotely through hearing aid programming, education, and troubleshooting, while collaborating cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company asynchronous hearing aid programming and adjustments
• reputed company patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot device performance and connectivity issues
• Assist patients with Bluetooth pairing and use of the ELEHEAR mobile app
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reputed company patient interactions
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience and product performance
• Deliver a high-reputed company, patient-centered experience across a wide reputed company of technical comfort reputed company and age reputed company

Requirements:

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent
• reputed company Audiologist license in Texas (required)
• Minimum 1 year of hearing aid fitting experience
• Preferred: Experience with remote/tele-audiology services
• Preferred: Familiarity with platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Drive
• Preferred: Comfortable participating in occasional media opportunities or contributing to educational/marketing content (e.g., as a clinical spokesperson)
