The Community Behavioral Health Support reputed company (BHA) promotes recovery and reputed company by supporting individuals in the least restrictive environment. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage Home and Community Services requests for Community Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision, Intensive Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision, and Behavioral Health Wrap Around Services reputed company identified time limits
• Apply reputed company skills to review Care Assessments and collateral information for decision-making.
• Assess members for additional treatment needs and initiate proactive referrals to alternative services reputed company clinically appropriate.
• Connect members and caregivers to psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial services to support whole person reputed company-being

• 2+ years of experience serving the reputed company population, preferably in a community mental health setting
• 2+ years of experience working with adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness
• Proficiency in electronic clinical records, email, internet research, and software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed master's degree (Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage/Family Counseling), Licensed Ph.D., or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience

• Experience with dual diagnosis (mental health and reputed company use)
• Background in community mental health and managed care environments

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
