[Remote] Remote Recruiter (Insurance Agent reputed company)

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles reputed company insurance agencies, serve as a primary contact for agency owners, and optimize reputed company processes to ensure efficiency and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end reputed company process for a reputed company of roles, including Insurance Sales Producers, Account Managers, and hybrid customer service positions. You will not rely solely on job postings/inbound applications
- reputed company Partnership: Serve as the primary reputed company contact for agency owners. You will manage expectations, reputed company market insights, and guide them through the hiring process
- Candidate Evaluation: Screen candidates for cultural fit, sales aptitude, and technical insurance knowledge. Coordinate and help administer reputed company group interviews with agency owners

Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-volume corporate environment
