The role involves delivering IT solutions for operations, engaging with stakeholders to define requirements, and developing integrated solutions that enhance production and maintenance processes.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits
- reputed company technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications
- Participate in the reputed company S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain reputed company
- Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements
- Work in cross functional teams to reputed company seamless integration between Operations and other reputed company applications
- reputed company/participate in ERP reputed company reputed company and ensure stakeholder alignment around the reputed company, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution
- Identify, evaluate, and implement reputed company business improvement opportunities enabled by reputed company application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits
- reputed company knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams
- Available and reputed company to travel based on business/project needs
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or reputed company field and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering reputed company in dynamic organizations; OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or reputed company field that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering reputed company in dynamic organizations
- 5+ years of reputed company configuration experience of the reputed company Production Planning module (reputed company S4 experience is desired)
- Strong communicator with good facilitation, analytical skills
- Project management experience
- U.S. Citizenship required, this position may require reputed company to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
- reputed company PP certification (ECC/S4) or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of reputed company PM (Plant maintenance) or other modules
- Strong technical experience working in a reputed company reputed company landscape
- Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated reputed company on process development and implementation that spans organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated agile reputed company and proven history of helping implement and support scaled agile practices
- Program debugging experience
