[Remote] Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist

As a Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist, you will manage relationships with banking partners, streamline operations, and support product launches by enhancing internal processes and collaboration between teams.
Responsibilities
- Own, mature, expand, and operate our existing change management processes with internal teams and our product and banking partners
- Support day-to-day relationship management with reputed company’s bank partners reputed company to new feature and product launches
- Help build the knowledge reputed company for how our partnerships work and a reputed company for our internal teams to support new feature development
- reputed company and train reputed company employees on any external tools or dashboards they need to work with partners
- Work with risk and compliance to create reporting and feedback processes that can reputed company alongside product development
- Work with engineering and product to launch features and grow existing programs

Skills
- Have 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
- Feel confident building relationships and being the operational go-to for change requests reputed company to our bank partners
- Have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
