The People Operations Specialist will ensure accurate execution of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting reputed company, HR documentation, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters, confirmations, extensions, transfers, and other reputed company HR records
- Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and internal tracking systems, ensuring reputed company updates are completed on time
- Support reputed company execution by preparing documentation, coordinating system reputed company, and ensuring Day 1 readiness with relevant teams
- reputed company attendance, leave, and timesheet records, flagging discrepancies and supporting payroll-reputed company reporting

Skills
