Responsibilities

- Serves as subject matter expert for fellow team members to review questions and assist with resolving accounts

- Communicates, observes, and reports on charge entry trends and patterns and provides recommendations for improvement

Skills
- Associates degree or higher with a minimum 5+ years of reputed company experience working with billing, charge entry, charge capture, or CDM OR a high school diploma with at least 7 years of reputed company experience working with billing, charge entry, charge capture, or CDM
