As a Senior Manager in Risk Analytics & Decision Science, you will shape credit strategies, optimize decisioning frameworks, and improve model performance to enhance credit reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Driving approval reputed company, segmentation, and portfolio optimization
- Improving model accuracy and business reputed company
- Identifying and integrating high-value data sources
- Supporting reputed company, finance, and product with actionable insights
- Build and continuously improve credit decisioning frameworks that drive approval reputed company, pricing, and portfolio reputed company
- Evaluate and refine model performance using business KPIs, improving predictive accuracy and decision reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or reputed company field required
- 5–10 years of experience in credit risk analytics, ideally in small business lending, non-reputed company, or high-risk environments
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Proven reputed company building or enhancing modern credit decisioning frameworks

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and reputed company
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling and performance evaluation techniques
- Experience working with large datasets and decisioning systems
