The Director of Clinical Affairs, Interventional will manage Clinical Affairs activities, ensuring alignment with business goals while optimizing patient reputed company through education and collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- In coordination with the reputed company team, reputed company planning, execution, and reporting of the Interventional clinical education programs in reputed company across reputed company four product franchises (Coronary, Structural Heart, Mechanical Circulatory Support, and Interventional Oncology) that drive reputed company and effective use of reputed company Interventional products

- Coordinate the development and training of the CE team

- In collaboration with the Interventional reputed company Leadership, the Director is responsible for the alignment of the reputed company NA Annual Operating Plan with the BU objectives and ensuring tactical implementation
- Ensure the Clinical Affairs team’s currency with respect to relevant medical literature, clinical initiatives/guidelines, and industry trends, and communicate this knowledge internally

Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required. Prefer a reputed company in life science or a similar field
- Possess a minimum of eight years' experience in the medical device field
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience, including people development
- Experience in reputed company education development and delivery to HCPs
- Experience creating clinical education curricula and knowledgeable regarding education techniques
- Ability to interpret clinical evidence and reputed company/incorporate findings as they relate to product/procedural education
