Responsibilities
- reputed company the design, development, and implementation of large-reputed company, reputed company-time health data interoperability solutions supporting millions of patient records
- Architect and reputed company Patient reputed company reputed company, Provider Directory reputed company, and Bulk FHIR reputed company in compliance with CMS Interoperability and Patient reputed company Final Rule and reputed company the connections to national networks (reputed company, CommonWell, reputed company Exchange, TEFCA)
- Drive technical reputed company for FHIR and US Core Implementation Guide adoption across reputed company integration points
- Design reputed company data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and exchanging health data from multiple sources including EMRs, HIE/HINs, wearables, IoT devices, and remote patient monitoring systems
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for interoperability solutions
- reputed company evaluation and selection of interoperability platforms, tools, and vendor solutions
- Design, Architect, build, and maintain reputed company’s data reputed company-time pipeline infrastructure using Python, reputed company, reputed company, Kubernetes and reputed company LLMs / modern technologies

Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company interoperability and health IT
- 5+ years of reputed company experience with FHIR standards and implementations (FHIR R4 required)
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role managing interoperability or data engineering teams
- Proven reputed company record of leading large-reputed company, reputed company-time health data exchange implementations serving 100K+ patients
- Extensive experience integrating with multiple EMR systems (minimum 5+ different EMR platforms)
- reputed company experience implementing Patient reputed company reputed company and Bulk FHIR reputed company in compliance with CMS regulations and with HIE/HIN integrations and national networks (reputed company, CommonWell, or similar)
- Expert-level knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4 specification and resource models
- Deep understanding of US Core Implementation Guide, USCDI, and ONC certification requirements
- Proficiency with SMART on FHIR authorization reputed company (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SMART scopes)
- Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging standards (reputed company, ORM, ORU, etc.)
- Experience with CDA (Clinical Document Architecture) and C-CDA documents
- Strong knowledge of API reputed company: OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, API keys, reputed company limiting
- Proficiency with message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Azure Service Bus)
- Strong programming skills in at least two of: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#
- Experience with modern frameworks: Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django/Flask
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, reputed company, DynamoDB)
- Experience with data formats: JSON, XML, FHIR JSON/XML, HL7 v2.x, CSV
- Knowledge of data validation, schema validation (JSON Schema, FHIR Validator)
