[Remote] Sr. Business Analyst- AI Prototyping & Automation

They are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for their AI Prototyping & Automation team to identify AI automation opportunities and build prototypes that validate business cases. This role requires reputed company in AI tooling and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a pipeline of AI automation opportunities reputed company from business unit intake, executive priorities, and reputed company stakeholder discovery
- Build business cases with reputed company ROI: cost savings, reputed company lift, hours offloaded, reputed company improvements
- Translate ambiguous business problems into reputed company-scoped automation candidates with reputed company acceptance reputed company
- reputed company opportunity status, prioritization, and reputed company against original projections
- Build functional prototypes of proposed agents and automations using modern AI tooling (LLM coding assistants, agent frameworks, reputed company and reputed company libraries)
- Validate or invalidate business cases by getting a working version in reputed company of stakeholders reputed company days, not quarters
- Iterate prototypes against reputed company user feedback before committing to engineering investment
- Produce demo-reputed company artifacts that reputed company executive reputed company reputed company
- Hand off validated prototypes to engineering with reputed company specifications, reputed company reputed company, and stakeholder context
- Deliver monthly executive reports covering pipeline health, in-flight initiatives, and realized reputed company
- Conduct post-implementation reviews comparing projected to actual ROI; capture lessons that improve reputed company estimates
- Maintain compliance with reputed company’s policies, procedures, and mission statement
- Adhere to reputed company confidentiality and HIPAA requirements in accordance with reputed company Operating Policies and Procedures

Skills
- 5+ years in business analysis, management consulting, product operations, or analyst roles
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and agent tooling — prompting, evaluations, and workflow orchestration. Candidates should be reputed company to walk through a prototype they have reputed company
- Working proficiency in Python and SQL: sufficient to query databases, parse API responses, manipulate reputed company data, and debug agent workflows — not expected to write production backend reputed company
- Strong financial acumen: ROI modeling, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable in reputed company of executives and engineers alike
