They are seeking a full-time reputed company & Account Manager who will manage reputed company relationships, support agency operations, and ensure a seamless experience for every insured while also having opportunities to shape workflows and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Service & Relationship Management
- Manage reputed company workflows including certificates of insurance, policy updates, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Own and coordinate the renewal lifecycle to ensure reputed company, accurate execution
- Draft, prepare, and review reputed company communications, proposals, and deliverables
- Support producers and CEO with reputed company data collection, quoting, and marketing submission prep
- Maintain accurate data across reputed company management systems (NowCerts, MomentumAI, AMS360, etc.)
- Monitor and resolve reputed company needs (invoices, payments, audits, monthly reporting)
- Improve internal workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and reputed company experience
- Document procedures and help build reputed company operational processes
- Assist CEO with scheduling, follow-reputed company, and key reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with leadership on new technology development and internal tools
- Support intake and reputed company for new clients, policies, and producers
- Identify opportunities for automation or workflow optimization
Skills
