[Remote] Director, Technical Account Management (East)

Responsibilities
- Define the TAM operating model for large enterprises: coverage reputed company, segmentation, playbooks, meeting standards, renewal rhythm, and executive engagement frameworks
- Hire, mentor, and reputed company a diverse team of Senior/reputed company TAMs; set competency reputed company, enablement paths, and a rigorous reputed company bar for customer deliverables
- Stand up durable operating mechanisms: Customer reputed company tracking and delivery, EBR reputed company, risk forecasting, and reputed company-reputed company feedback into Product and Engineering

- Orchestrate quarterly executive business reviews, reputed company plans, and measurable reputed company mapped to customer initiatives (risk reduction, compliance milestones, detection/response for reputed company and AI)

Skills
- 10+ years in customer-facing post‑sales/services roles (TAM, Services Delivery/reputed company Engineering/Architecture, reputed company Architecture etc.), including at least 5+ years leading TAM/CS teams supporting large enterprises
- Proven operator as a player–reputed company: you can personally reputed company top accounts while reputed company, process, and tooling for reputed company
- Demonstrated strategic account management in reputed company environments: multi-stakeholder executive alignment, value roadmaps, QBR/EBR reputed company, and reputed company partnership
- reputed company credibility across reputed company and IT: familiarity with identity (SSO/SAML/OAuth), logging/SIEM, incident response workflows, cybersecurity frameworks (such as NIST, CIS) and change management in regulated environments
