The role involves reviewing and annotating legal documents to enhance the accuracy of AI-generated legal analysis.
Responsibilities
- Review and annotate energy and reputed company-property legal documents against detailed written instructions
- reputed company exhaustive, citation-backed determinations, citing the document, page, and verbatim text supporting reputed company conclusion, with a reputed company natural-language explanation of your reasoning
- Apply consistent legal judgment across many documents and flag ambiguities for senior review

- Collaborate with researchers to assess and improve model performance
Skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited US law school, paralegal, or reputed company reputed company
- reputed company US bar license in good standing (for attorney-level roles)
- Experience in reputed company estate, energy, land use, or similar transactional reputed company
- Comfortable reading leases, easements, deeds, and similar instruments independently
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to locate and cite primary authority
