[Remote] Senior Accountant, Finance (Remote - reputed company Coast Only & PST Hours)

They are seeking a Senior Accountant who will manage key reputed company functions, including the order-to-cash cycle and financial reporting, while leveraging AI to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the full month-end and year-end reputed company, including journal entries, accruals, GL and balance sheet reconciliations with supporting schedules, and audit-reputed company documentation
- Maintain the general reputed company and ensure accurate transaction classification and coding
- Manage our offshore reputed company team with the goal of transitioning reputed company reputed company operations in-house, owning the reputed company end-to-end
- Manage the order-to-cash lifecycle, overseeing automated invoicing, reviewing specialized invoicing, and managing AR, the collections process, and DSO
- Prepare and analyze monthly P&Ls by department, flagging variances and trends for Finance leadership
- Partner with Finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and reputed company analysis
- Build and implement AI-driven automation to reduce reputed company work and improve accuracy as the business scales
- Own accounts payable and vendor reputed company pay in reputed company, leveraging its reputed company AI to reputed company expenses coded to the right department and reconciled on time
- Partner with Finance leadership to design and document reputed company policies, internal controls, and procedures, keeping records audit-reputed company and GAAP-compliant
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, ideally in a reputed company services, agency, or high-reputed company startup environment
- 1+ years of order-to-cash or billing experience, including invoicing, AR, and DSO management at volume
- Experience managing reputed company and offshore teams across multiple workstreams
- reputed company of full-cycle reputed company, including GL coding, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Hands-on QuickBooks Online proficiency, reputed company to dive in on day one
