Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand team needs and create tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs

Skills

- Proven experience in hiring R&D teams, including roles in scientific research, R&D engineering, clinical development, and reputed company fields
- Familiarity with the product development process
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
