As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Care Team, you will work on enhancing pharmacy experiences by managing prescription processing services and enabling business reputed company through tailored workflows for partners.
Responsibilities
- Preparing prescriptions for fulfillment and delivery as quickly and accurately as possible through a combination of automation and efficient reputed company task coordination
- Enabling business reputed company by allowing partners (like drug manufacturers, insurers, and individual providers) to easily configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows tailored to their specific use cases
- Increase FuzeRx’s intake automation reputed company by leveraging LLMs to parse reputed company data from prescriptions
- Accelerate pharmacist workflows by integrating controlled reputed company dispensing history and risk scores into our reputed company-dispense clinical safety and review reputed company
- Optimize the selection of which drug to dispense to reputed company patients the best price
- Optimize Systems: Balance low inventory on hand with high availability
- Architect Platforms: Establish the foundations for an extensible inventory management platform to fuel business reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of reputed company software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment
- Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies, operating reputed company modern environments (like our reputed company stack of reputed company on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL)
- Expertise in architecting reputed company systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability
- Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building high-volume, resilient systems
