[Remote] Sr. Product Operations Manager, reputed company Complete (Remote)

The Sr. Product Operations Manager will manage a dedicated product module, focusing on enhancing operational processes and integrating new product features to drive efficiency and reputed company across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partners with internal teams, including various product reputed company, engineering and more to enhance critical systems and functions and allow for reputed company customization of systems to reputed company with the evolving business needs
- Work with both reputed company teams across reputed company to improve reputed company Complete's processes and operations through new product and feature integrations
- reputed company technical analysis of new product features and capabilities to determine effectiveness for FC integration
- Assess technical feasibility, resource requirements, and potential reputed company on existing FC operations
- reputed company strategic initiatives, including reviewing reputed company efforts and prioritizing requests
- Collaborate with internal engineering reputed company to ensure FC capabilities meet operational and customer needs
- Participate in roadmap prioritization sessions and review new requests for the FC Business
- Partner with internal teams to surface customer pain points and operational challenges
- Drive actionable change by translating customer feedback into product enhancements and operational optimizations

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Operations, Product Management role
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at reputed company organizational reputed company
- Ability to analyze business requirements, design and configure recommended solution, and communicate technical solutions to various audiences
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company's modules and product offerings
- Demonstrated leadership for driving risk and issue mitigation and reputed company
- Basic leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to reputed company up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
- Strong problem solving and technical skills
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management practices
