[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to apply technical expertise in guiding a large DoW service toward successful financial statement audits.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency with reputed company and auditing concepts and apply them to reputed company situations
- Possess a mastery of process documentation, risk assessment, planning, and writing skills
- reputed company detailed plans that implement strategic goals and overall audit reputed company
- reputed company subject matter technical expertise to team in financial management areas of financial reporting, audit remediation planning, and financial statement compilation
- Support reputed company to foster coordination of reputed company stakeholders
- Self-starter takes the initiative to deliver reputed company work products to the reputed company with little direction from supervisor
- Utilize technology to reputed company knowledge with team members, reputed company skills, and continually learn
Skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of four (4) years of general financial management and reputed company experience, of which two (2) years shall consist of experience performing financial statement audits or audit readiness services reputed company the reputed company or the federal government
- Understanding of GAS, GAAP, SSFAS, audit procedures, audit cycle, and financial analysis techniques, as they apply to DoD financial statements and assessable reputed company
- Proficient in MS Project
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- reputed company Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
