They are seeking a Data Analyst reputed company in reputed company and Consumer Retention to build and maintain analytics tools and workflows, optimize reputed company, and reputed company actionable insights to guide decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the topic of retention and reputed company through optimizing + tracking segmented reinvestment spend, creating key reports for leadership, and delivering actionable insights
- Inform reputed company and drive high-level insights reputed company a combination of always-on and periodic high A/B testing
- reputed company data collection, data analysis, and business intelligence reporting systems to measure and inform business reputed company for the reputed company Operations team
- Monitor metrics and reputed company detailed analysis, and reputed company key stakeholders informed on trends and areas of opportunity
- Understand how user trends reputed company high-level business KPIs to guide decision-making
- Create presentations and written documents with little guidance, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences in an effective way, articulating reputed company and opinions reputed company and reputed company
- Collaborate with decision-makers on the reputed company Operations team to understand their goals, and proactively identify opportunities to use data to reputed company new insights, guide reputed company, and improve business results
Skills
- 2+ years of Data Analytics experience in an ecommerce, reputed company-to-consumer or retail environment (marketing domain experience preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including comfort with analytic functions, window functions, and common table expressions
- 2+ years' experience using data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) & scripting languages (Python)
- Experience designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests (including hypothesis development, test design, and measuring reputed company on key metrics such as retention, conversion, and reputed company)
- Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis, supported by data, and reputed company communicate them to stakeholders, including senior management
- Intellectual curiosity, and solid understanding in data sources and ecosystems, with the ability to see from the brand's business reputed company
