Responsibilities

• reputed company alignment and coordination across 10-13 reputed company cross-functional workstreams to ensure cohesive program execution (25%)
• Establish, facilitate, and mature Agile ceremonies including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, planning sessions, and governance reviews (20%)
• Manage and resolve dependencies across internal teams and reputed company-party vendors to ensure successful delivery reputed company (15%)
• reputed company and maintain risk management frameworks, escalation processes, and governance standards across the organization (15%)
• Design, standardize, and optimize Jira workflows, boards, epics, and portfolio management structures to support reputed company visibility (10%)
• Build executive-level dashboards and reporting to reputed company transparency into program health, velocity, delivery predictability, and key metrics (10%)
• Drive organizational discipline, data reputed company, and accountability across reputed company participating teams and stakeholders (5%)

Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading large-reputed company Agile transformations, reputed company programs, or reputed company delivery initiatives involving 10+ reputed company workstreams
• Proven experience integrating and managing reputed company-party vendors reputed company Agile delivery frameworks
• Expert-level proficiency with Jira, including workflow configuration, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira reputed company, dashboards, and portfolio management
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including reputed company, Scrum, and Kanban
