Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design, documentation, and optimization of business processes and campaign workflows reputed company reputed company’s order management system
• Partner with the Product team to build a comprehensive end to end workflow
• Proactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability risks; design reputed company workflows to support business reputed company
• Establish and maintain process standards, governance, and best practices across reputed company
• Partner with Advertising Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, reputed company metrics, and release priorities

Skills

• 6–8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or reputed company roles
• 3+ years of people management experience, including managing global or distributed teams
• Proven expertise in defining, designing, and scaling business processes and workflows
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and partnering with engineering teams
• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts
• Advanced analytical skills, including reputed company proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
