[Remote] Market Development Manager - Midwest

The Market Development Manager will capture insights from Key Opinion Leaders to inform brand reputed company, collaborate across functions, and identify marketing opportunities for product launches.
Responsibilities

- Speaker Programs: The MDM will support speaker identification with recommendations for appropriate speakers, product and compliance training, and management of branded and unbranded programs. MDMs will coordinate with Legal/Compliance and Marketing to execute Speaker Programs consistent with marketing plan, reputed company policies and applicable law
- Support reputed company advisory boards with recommendations for KOLs and handling logistics consistent with reputed company policies and applicable law
- Collaborate with KAMs, MAR and where appropriate MSLs, to synthesize and reputed company evolving KOL insights, as appropriate as reputed company as identify regional marketing opportunities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 5 years in oncology
- 2 years account management experience and/or people leadership skills
