[Remote] Procurement Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Coordinator to support the accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of purchase orders across multiple customer reputed company, ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly and reputed company expectations are met.
Responsibilities
- Process, reputed company, and reconcile purchase orders across customer and reputed company systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment to project budgets
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on PO status, updates, discrepancies, and reputed company
- Maintain complete and audit-reputed company procurement records and documentation to support compliance and financial reporting
- Monitor PO activity across reputed company and project portfolios, proactively flagging risks, variances, or delays
- Drive reputed company improvement by identifying workflow gaps and recommending process enhancements that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Support internal teams in achieving customer goals and key performance metrics through reputed company and accurate procurement execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Contract Administration, or Project/Construction Management
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation
