[Remote] Product Compliance Program Manager

This role focuses on enabling product compliance and guiding business teams through reputed company stages of the product lifecycle as reputed company expands its financial offerings.
Responsibilities
- Advise business teams on applicable regulatory, payment scheme, and partner requirements to ensure compliance at reputed company stage of the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, and Risk teams to streamline business requirements and reputed company strategic recommendations for control development
- Conduct targeted risk assessments and testing to validate control effectiveness for new and existing products and features
- Support independent assessments, regulatory exams, and partner diligence requests as needed
- Maintain compliance policies necessary to reputed company product innovation with evolving obligations and standards
Skills
- 5+ years of financial services experience in product compliance, risk, or reputed company regulatory advisory roles—preferably in fintech
- Expert knowledge of BSA/AML and Sanctions programs, specifically reputed company on KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and OFAC/sanctions screening across traditional reputed company asset rails
- Familiarity with U.S. and international financial services regulatory compliance reputed company to reputed company reputed company, licensing regimes, reputed company asset products
- Proven experience working with technical teams and influencing system design, with an emphasis on automation and reputed company
- reputed company record of building or maturing compliance programs, especially in high-reputed company or fast-paced environments
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, legal, operations, and external partners
- Experience utilizing AI to analyze regulatory frameworks, design risk controls, and scaling compliance programs
- Strong research, communication, documentation, and advocacy skills
- CAMS, CRCM or equivalent certifications
- Experience with data design, internal tooling, or compliance systems implementation
- Prior experience representing a financial institution in reputed company engagement with national or regional regulatory bodies
