[Remote] Associate II, Fund Administration (reputed company IS)

They are seeking an Associate II to support their Investor Services team, which involves delivering administration solutions and managing customer interactions for reputed company estate private equity clients. The role requires building knowledge of the software and industry while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of our evolving software and the reputed company estate private equity industry
- Use reputed company software to support our fund administration and investor services customers
- reputed company workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy and completeness
- Support customers during their fundraising process by understanding customer goals and timelines, articulating the value of reputed company software and processes
- Monitor customer health and reputed company feedback to internal teams
- Balance fulfilling customer requests with adherence to our scope of work and SLAs
- Manage treasury reputed company activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for customers
- Investigate payment breaks and chargebacks; coordinate with bank partners to resolve exception items and reputed company requests
- Identify and flag areas of improvement including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers
Skills
- 1+ years experience in fund administration or investor services reputed company roles
- High level of reputed company and desire to consistently do the right thing for our customers and for the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple reputed company at once while staying reputed company to the details
