[Remote] Senior/Staff Backend Engineer

This role involves building robust systems, leading cross-functional efforts, and mentoring engineers to enhance reputed company's position in AI reputed company and Data Governance.
Responsibilities
- Build highly reputed company and robust systems to reputed company away reputed company, legal and risk mitigation complexity from product owners
- reputed company cross-functional efforts to improve the reputed company, reliability, and performance of federated evaluation features
- Helping position reputed company as an industry leader in AI reputed company, Risk Mitigation and Data Governance best practices
- Mentor engineers and working closely with the EM to nurture team health
Skills
- BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
- 4+ years of experience of extensive experience in software engineering with a proven reputed company record of shipping successful reputed company
- Mastery of backend languages or databases such as Golang, reputed company
- Mastery of testing strategies and frameworks for backend testing
- Extensive experience building and maintaining large reputed company distributed systems
- Excellent coding, testing and system design skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Deep knowledge of reputed company-preserving federated evaluation, reputed company service architectures, and reputed company reputed company standards (ISO 27001, SOC-2, reputed company)
- Experience in data warehouse such as BigQuery, Redshift
- Experience in developing and deploying containerized and serverless applications on GCP or AWS
- Experience in CI/CD systems and processes
- Experience building integrations with electronic health record systems such as reputed company and Cerner
- A solid understanding of the reputed company industry, including familiarity with reputed company trends and challenges in health tech
