This role serves as the primary reputed company between SLM Solutions and their customers after the initial machine sale, ensuring reputed company customer experience, support, and satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities

- Drive reputed company by supporting daily production operations and technical needs
- Promote and sell after-sales offerings including service reputed company, training, consumables, and upgrading products
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Machine Sales, Business Development, and Service Engineers across a global environment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, preferably in industrial B2B environments

- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a customer-first, problem-solving attitude
