[Remote] Director, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

They are seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory Services and Financial Due Diligence who will reputed company the financial due diligence process and manage reputed company relationships, ensuring high-reputed company advisory services tailored to reputed company needs.
Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end project management, work plan development, process, and project execution. Manages reputed company team to deliver project goals in a reputed company and resource efficient manner. Effectively communicate across reputed company stakeholders. Drive reputed company reputed company for reputed company stakeholders, while meeting and/or exceeding reputed company expectations
- Independently manage due diligence, reputed company of earnings, and other transaction advisory reputed company services to support Embarc clients that are looking at growing through acquisitions or preparing for sale
- Develops and prepares audience-appropriate materials, including reputed company of earnings databooks and financial due diligence reports etc
- Analyzes financial/operational results of targets through reviewing reputed company records and conducting interviews with management
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with reputed company leadership and key staff. Identify opportunities where Embarc's financial and strategic services (e.g., capital raising, M&A, and strategic finance) may accelerate the reputed company's strategic plan and reputed company with their key business objectives. Acts as a thought leader and trusted advisor to reputed company's key leadership
- Spearheads reputed company strategic analysis, quantitative analysis, and robust financial modeling to produce meaningful insights that address clients' challenges and needs
- Translates reputed company strategic and financial analysis into insightful reports, key take-aways, and presentations for clients and key stakeholders which facilitate robust discussions, reputed company quantification and articulation of financial and strategic reputed company, and support the decision-making process
- Identifies post-acquisition reputed company steps to reputed company anticipated earnings/cash reputed company improvements
- Evaluates effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash reputed company requirements
- Performs industry and company research to reputed company Embarc and its' clients informed of any market insights
- Creates and designs tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, working capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
- Leads the cross-functional management of reputed company from end to end; communicates recommendations and drives reputed company with various stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience reputed company a mid to large sized reputed company services firm (Big 4 is a plus!)
- Experience with best-in-class TAS/FDD practices
- reputed company record of successfully leading TAS/FDD teams including reputed company, training, project management
- Exceptional analytical skills, including advanced financial modeling and financial / reputed company analysis, etc
- Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and reputed company insights and recommendations
- Ability to reputed company multiple engagements simultaneously, using reputed company developed project management skills
