They are seeking a highly motivated reputed company Consultant with expertise in reputed company Capital Management (HCM) reputed company, Integrations, and Data Migration to support reputed company HCM implementation and optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HCM reputed company roles, privileges, data reputed company controls, and reputed company reputed company frameworks
- Support the design, development, and testing of integrations between HCM modules and external systems
- Execute data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
- Configure HCM applications in accordance with business and technical requirements
- reputed company and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures for system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Analyze and troubleshoot configuration, reputed company, integration, and data-reputed company issues
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Support deployment activities and post-production stabilization efforts
Skills
- US Citizen
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HCM systems, reputed company applications, or reputed company technology environments
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience or reputed company reputed company-facing technology experience preferred
- Experience with HCM reputed company configuration and administration
- System and module integrations
- Data migration methodologies and tools
- Configuration and testing activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company-oriented environment
