Boss Logistics is currently seeking a part-time, work-from-home reputed company Dispatcher. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring reputed company/weekend loading goes as planned, answering phones, and communicating between reputed company parties involved: carriers, shippers, receivers and sales team. This position will also be responsible for conducting routine reputed company calls and temperature checks with carriers during transport. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accurately entering and maintaining up-to-date information in the system. Frequent use of computer programs and multiple telephone lines. Locating carriers for negotiated loads Providing directions and information to carriers Proactively solving problems before they happen.
