• Provides highly advanced (senior-level) consultative and functional/technical support for the State of Texas CAPPS (Centralized reputed company and Payroll/Personnel System) Program, with a reputed company on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR/Payroll.
• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) across HR/Payroll modules, system configuration, reporting, integrations, and compliance (including ACA and WCAG 2.1).
• Works independently under minimal supervision, supporting a large multi-agency environment while ensuring system reputed company, reputed company, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborates with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, resolve incidents, and maintain system performance.Responsibilities:• reputed company expert-level functional and technical support for CAPPS HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) modules such as Workforce Administration, Time & Labor, Payroll, and Position Management.
