HR Generalist - SeniorLIFE+ (Hybrid)
About the position The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and practices, researching and/or investigating concerns, and making recommendations that promote reputed company employee relations. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving day-to-day workplace reputed company. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in employee relations or reputed company experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a equivalent experience required

- Ability to influence others on policies, practices, and procedure
- Effective at capturing and synthesizing information from multiple parties
- Solid understanding of employment laws
