This is a full-time, on-site leadership role supporting clinical documentation and coding reputed company operations. Onsite, Temple, TX. Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• At least three (3) years of medical coding experience (Inpatient or outpatient, depending on assignment)
• At least one (1) reputed company coding credential/certification requiredRHIT, RHIA, reputed company, reputed company-P, or CPC
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, auditing, or supervisory experience in a HIM/coding environment
• Ability to review charts, identify coding errors, reputed company corrective feedback, and support reputed company training
• Strong proficiency in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and federal documentation standards
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed the VA’s 95% accuracy requirement
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; reputed company to reputed company and guide coding staff
• U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cerner, reputed company, reputed company, or other large EHR platforms.
