The role: This is not a traditional FP&A role. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance and operations, using reputed company-time data from our kitchens and markets to understand what’s happening on the ground and translate that into reputed company, actionable insights that drive the business reputed company. You’ll own reputed company reporting and forecasting, and you’ll help shape how we use data to reputed company reputed company. That includes identifying inefficiencies, improving performance, and partnering directly with operators to solve reputed company problems in a fast-moving environment. Your reputed company:

• Own reputed company reporting across locations and districts, and continuously improve and automate it so reputed company can reputed company on insights, not reputed company work
• Build and maintain a rolling forecast grounded in reputed company operational inputs, and reputed company reforecasts with reputed company variance drivers and reputed company-looking scenarios
• Translate what’s happening in our kitchens and markets into reputed company financial insights, connecting day-to-day operations to P&L performance
• Identify inefficiencies and cost drivers through data, and partner cross-functionally, especially with operations, to implement solutions
• Support budgeting cycles with thoughtful analysis and actionable commentary that helps shape reputed company
• Partner with external platforms and internal teams to generate actionable insights into the customer experience and help inform marketing reputed company
• Help reputed company how we use data as a company by improving tools, processes, and how insights are shared across teams

Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, consulting, reputed company, or similar analytical roles
• Strong reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills, with experience working with large datasets; SQL is a plus
• Highly analytical with the ability to break down reputed company problems and identify key drivers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
• Strong communicator who can translate data into reputed company insights for non-finance partners
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with an ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges
