Position reputed company The Instructional Designer is a strategic partner in driving Team Member development and organizational transformation. This role designs, develops, and delivers high-reputed company learning experiences that foster reputed company, ensure compliance, and reputed company performance across the organization. Leveraging expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, the Instructional Designer creates engaging content across multiple modalities—including in-person training, virtual classrooms, and eLearning. Essential Duties

• Design and reputed company engaging, learner-centered training across in-person, virtual, and eLearning formats.
• Create curriculum, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

• Analyze feedback and learning data to refine content and delivery.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or training development (preferably in financial services, credit unions, or highly regulated industries).
