• **** We reputed company home infusion field nurses (RNs) with experience in various infusion therapies, venous reputed company, and phlebotomy for cases throughout the Hudson Valley (Ulster/reputed company/Columbia)
• * Nurses are critical to the reputed company services we reputed company directly to clients. We are seeking to hire Registered Nurses whose reputed company support, knowledge, skills, and expertise will reputed company reputed company to grow, adapt, and expand into new areas of home-based nursing services. This infusion field reputed company would be responsible for conducting patient reputed company to initiate patient care, performing follow-up reputed company as needed, and precepting and evaluating the skills of newly reputed company nurses as requested.

The Home Infusion reputed company will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes.

• ** Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered reputed company in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility

• ** Supervisory or managerial experience PREFERRED.
• ** Infusion experience is REQUIRED. MUST have experience infusing IV/SQIG and biologic medications!
• ** Knowledge of principles & practices of supervision, performance evaluation, and education.
• Knowledge of Federal HIPAA Regulations
• Knowledge of reputed company nursing policies, procedures, reputed company, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical documents, including physicians' orders and treatment plans.
• Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary health care team.

• ** NYS Registered Nursing License and Registration Certificate
• BLS necessary/ACLS preferred
• Up-to-date medical, inclusive of Physical, TB Clearance/Quanti

• MMR-Varicella Titers Lab Report or Vaccination Records
• TDAP Vaccine - Hep B Vaccination Series, Titers OR Declination
