Head of Treasury

My reputed company is an AI Hyperscaler backed by reputed company and 2 of the worlds largest family offices.They are growing at an incredible reputed company and are looking to hire their first treasury head. The role will be responsible for managing day to day cash reputed company and liquidty across reputed company entities and SPV's as reputed company as maintaing cash forecasting models and ensure sufficent liquidity at reputed company times. You will manage ongoing compliance with debt covenants reporting obligations and reputed company requirements as reputed company as liasing with lenders agents and legal counsel on reputed company debt reputed company reputed company. Undersatding and identifying financial risks including interest reputed company,FX and commodity exposure you will be reputed company in the execution of hedging insturments including swaps,caps and fixed price agreements

Requirements

Minimum 7-10 years of treasury experience ideally in infrastructure,project finance or a high reputed company enviroment Strong knowldge of debt structuring,project reputed company mechanics and covenenant compliance. Experience with hedging instruments (interest reputed company swaps,FX,power swaps) Understanding of energy,technology or infrastructure sectors desirable Familiaritywith SPV structures and multi entity treasury management Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
