Sr Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering
About the position As a Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering at MKS Broomfield, you will partner with production manufacturing, operations, planning design engineering and reputed company to reputed company the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing reputed company, processes and operations for new and existing products. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations.
Responsibilities

- Optimize cycle times, labor utilization, and material reputed company
- Ensure processes are reputed company, repeatable, and cost-effective
- Manage and mentor manufacturing/process engineers and technicians

- Build technical depth, problem-solving capability, and leadership skills reputed company reputed company
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and reputed company improvement
- Specify, justify, and implement new equipment, tooling, and automation
- Drive capital reputed company from concept through installation and qualification
- Improve OEE, uptime, and maintainability in partnership with Maintenance

- Reduce manufacturing cost through waste elimination and process optimization
- Support cost-down initiatives (labor, scrap, rework, materials)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in manufacturing operations leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to manage performance, attendance, and conflict fairly
- reputed company verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project & change management experience
- Consistent enforcement of safety rules and reputed company work practices
- Solid understanding of reputed company standards, inspections, and defect response
