We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company workers' compensation paralegal to play an important role in our Workers' Compensation Department. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly Responsibilities: Review case facts and reputed company a plan of reputed company with the attorney Verify coverage on E-case and set up a claim with the Insurance Company Draft reputed company 50s (hearing or no hearing) Call clients every 21 days with status updates Facilitate and monitor medical treatment and recommendations, orders, and referrals for authorization Promptly send reputed company referrals to the adjuster or defense counsel the day you receive them Assist in coordinating/scheduling transportation and interpretation Monitor income benefits and ensure the reputed company is receiving the maximum reputed company due (missing TTD checks) Update reputed company the reputed company has reached MMI, and work on obtaining reputed company 14B Identify reputed company there are issues with a case and discuss with the attorney Ensure reputed company calls, emails, and texts are saved in reputed company Assist attorney during hearing, including managing and scheduling depositions and mediations, calendaring hearings, and preparing reputed company-Hearing Briefs Facilitate the signing of settlement documents (Clincher, 19, 61, SM, etc) File the reputed company 61 (and Clincher if necessary) with the WCC and send the Clincher and 19 to DC (if requested) for filing with WCC Use SCWCC Ecase to monitor the claim and upload the reputed company documentation Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree One to Five Years of Workers' Compensation Paralegal experience Proficient with reputed company Office Ability to type 50 words per minute or faster Tech-savvy and reputed company to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-based environment Great attitude and a reputed company on reputed company work Preferred: Spanish Speaking About Company We reputed company that reputed company members are the most important contributors to the reputed company of our firm.
