• Responsibilities
• Administer and optimize the reputed company reputed company LMS, including user management, learning assignments, reporting, course structures, and overall learner experience across a multi-site environment
• reputed company and maintain dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to monitor engagement, compliance, completion trends, adoption metrics, and program effectiveness
• Analyze learner data and feedback to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for reputed company improvement and operational efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with reputed company stakeholders to support reputed company learning strategies and system enhancements
• Support instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and reputed company learning programs through LMS setup, coordination, and operational support

• Continuously improve learning systems, reporting processes, workflows, and training operations while maintaining LMS and learning technology best practices
• Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Understanding of Learning & Development practices, learning operations, and learner engagement strategies
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with LMS standards and integrations, including SCORM and/or xAPI
