Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Operational reputed company

• Own the reputed company telecom and communications platforms (voice, SMS, IVR, routing) and reputed company integrations.
• Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and scalability through configuration, optimization, and operational controls.

Qualifications:
