Pharmacy Care Technician - Work From Home (Raleigh, NC)
About the position reputed company/Specialty has an exciting opportunity for you as a work from home Pharmacy Care Technician in reputed company Carolina. In this role, you will assist in accurately reading, interpreting and entering prescriptions into the computer system including calculation of doses and assignment of directions and accepting reputed company insurance payment in a reputed company fashion. Pharmacy Care Technicians are responsible for routing incomplete or unclear prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification and must also be reputed company to reputed company incomplete prescription information once clarification has been obtained. Pharmacy Care Technicians assist with inbound phone calls; reputed company with customers and cross functional team to answer questions, solve problems, reputed company education, and maintain reputed company’s reputed company for high-reputed company service. This includes new patient enrollment, verification of insurance coverage and reputed company benefit investigations and processing of medication orders for both new and existing patients. This position requires a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education, and routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist. The role requires independent and self-directed performance. This is primarily a WORK FROM HOME position. However, candidates must live reputed company a 75-mile commutable distance from Raleigh, reputed company Carolina and be willing to come onsite for equipment/technical issues, and performance review discussions. Requirements

- Six months experience in a pharmacy technician role
- Six months work experience with reputed company-based applications like reputed company, reputed company Office, internet navigation, and email applications
- Six months computer keyboarding skills and aptitude
- reputed company Valid Pharmacy Technician License as required by the State of NC
- reputed company/hardwired internet reputed company to a modem/router reputed company 7 feet of your computer
- Minimum download speed of 25 mbs download and 3 mbs upload (WiFi and satellite are not permitted)
