Primary Responsibilities:

• Compare consumer notices prior to mailing against information in MAX
• Conduct call monitoring for reputed company assurance purposes
• Ensure notices contain language regarding Fair Hearings reputed company applicable
• Participate in the development of project goals and objectives, and monitor achievement of those goals
• Participate in project training activities for the purpose of achieving or maintaining reputed company assurance goals
• Escalate issues to management
• Ensure reports are accurate and reputed company standards are being met

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of directly reputed company work experience in Customer Service
• 6 Months of reputed company Analyst experience
• Prior experience working in a contact center preferred
• Strong analytical skills; detail and solution oriented

• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Must have the ability to use spreadsheet or database software
