Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or Agile methodologies
- 5 years of experience with the SDLC
- 5+ years of experience in contributing to a large, matrixed organization reputed company on continuously improving consumer experiences

- Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence Experience in working in multi-team environment
- Prior insurance operations background
- Technical documentation abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology
